.
                         Blue wash              fantasy
of shells                through the violence

             of ancestry      a pale
                                                       and pinkish skin
now

armored silver
in her strands
coated
piercing
watching over   with force     and judgment
the thin
shiny

                  fish

and we are
glancing against
sheathing

the watery
flesh
still
vulnerable
pearl
